Caravan, Motorhome, Campervan and Tent Park

The Park welcomes touring caravans, camper vans / motorhomes and tents.

All pitches are level with electric hook up close by. There are also large hard standing pitches for vans and awnings. There is an aerial point on most pitches (please check) for Freeview and Sky connection (please bring your own Sky Box - single lead connection only).
Free WiFi access.

Facilities include:

A modern heated toilet/ shower block.
Free hot showers.
Separate Disabled/ Family room with baby changing.
Electric shaving point.
Coin operated Hair Dryer.
Washing up facilities.
Waste water and Chemical disposal point.
Motorhome grey water disposal point.
Dog walking area.

Arrivals from 2pm and departures by 12 noon (unless by prior agreement).
Charging of electric cars is not allowed on pitches. A separate electric point can be provided at £15 for 3 hours.

Barbecues, with coal only, are allowed. Please use the blocks underneath the barbecues, that will be provided, to protect the grass. Unfortunately campfires or firepits are not permitted.

Tariffs for 2023

Prices are for 2 occupants, with one car, per pitch per night. Electricity, aerial hookup (not on all pitches), hot showers, and one dog are included in the price.

Single Axle caravan / small motorhome / small campervan - £28

Twin Axle caravan / large motorhome / large campervan (above 7.5m/24ft) - £30

Please ring for availability and prices for the Hay Festival Period 2023, 25th May - 4th June 2023. All payments for Hay Festival are non refundable.

Deposits are non refundable.

Child (0-5 years) £6, (6-12years) £9
Awnings (under 4 metres wide) / Gazebo / Pup tent £4

One dog is included in the price but more than one will be charged at £2 per dog per night (3 dogs max).
Visitors £3 per person / half day.

Tenting

Prices are per night
Adult and Children (12+ years) - £11 per person.
Children (0-5 years) £6, (6-12 years) £9.
Electric hook up extra £6 per tent per night.
Prices vary for larger tents, for - 2 people sharing.
Tent up to 4.5 metres sq is £22
Tent 4.5 to 14 metres sq is £26
Tent 14 to 40 metres sq is £30
There is a charge of £17 per tent per night, if one person occupies a tent under 4.5m².
Tenting during wet weather conditions is at the owner’s discretion.

Deposits are non refundable.

Group bookings of 3 or more units (eg tent caravan, campervan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together and Group bookings of 4 or more adults (single sex, hen or stag parties) are not permitted unless negotiated with James prior to booking.
